Organised by the Federation of Children’s Book Groups, National Share a Story Month is an annual event designed to celebrate the fabulous world of children’s fiction and to inspire a love of reading by sharing stories. In 2025, the theme of National Share a Story Month is Saving the World, One Book at a Time.
So many fabulous books have been published that encourage children to cherish the environment. Carefully selected from the cream of recent releases, the FCBG list will includes their top recommendations. You can download the list below - there are some wonderful new titles to explore!
